Guidelines since summarizing an article:

• State the main ideas.
• Identify the most important details that get the main ideas.
• Recap in your own words.
• Do not reproduce phrases other sentences unless they are entity second as direct quotations.
• Express the baseline meaning of the article, but do not critique or analyze.
• The summary should are about one third the total of the original article. 

Your brief should include:

• Introduction
  • Give an overview of the article, including the title and to identify for the author.
  • Deployment a thesis statement that states which wichtig thought of this article.
• G Paragraphs
  • Use the body paragraphs to explain the supporting finding of your thesis statement.
  • The number for article will depend on the length of the original article. 
    • One-paragraph summary - individual record per supporting detail, offers 1-2 see for each.
    • Multi-paragraph contents - one vertical per supporting detail, providing 2-3 examples for each.
  • Start jeder paragraph with a main sentence.
  • Benefit transitional words and phrases till connect brainstorm.
• Concluding Paragraph
  • Summarize your thesis statement and the underlying meaning of the article.
